Interesting destination
Unieście, a district of Mielno town, is located on the Słowiński Coast, in the Koszalin poviat, in the municipality of Mielno, on the sand spit between the Baltic Sea and Lake Jamno. Unieście once functioned as a separate town and now is a part of Mielno, which received city rights in 2017. Thanks to the size of the town and the surroundings of dense forests, the Mielno - Unieście district is not a typical seaside resort. It is the perfect place for the people seeking rest from the hustle and bustle and wanting to relax in silence and scenic natural setting. The Mielno - Unieście district enjoys a wide and sandy beach, along which stretch picturesque belts of dunes. Every water sports enthusiast will appreciate Lake Jamno. Its area is home to numerous marinas and water equipment rentals. In the summer season, cruise ships ply Lake Jamno. Dense forests surrounding the town, clean air with high contents of iodine, the sound of waves lapping the seashore and the proximity of the lake constitute the ideal conditions for a peaceful and cozy rest.

On the ground floor there is a modernly furnished living room with, among others, a 3-person sofa bed, a 40” TV, a table with chairs, a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchenette (induction cooker, sink, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, full service of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and supplementary kitchen equipment). On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a balcony, a 160 cm double bed, a double sofa bed and additional furniture. The second bedroom has a 140 cm double bed, a single bed and additional furniture. In front of each house there is a comfortable terrace with garden furniture.
Rules of booking
An advance payment of 40% of the price of the stay is required upon booking. The Renting Party pays in cash the remaining amount for the stay on the day of arrival upon keys collection or before arrival by transfer to a bank account. In the case of payment by bank transfer, please bring with you a document confirming the bank transfer. You can also pay by credit/debit card on the day of arrival. In the case of cancellation of the booking, the advance payment is not refunded.
